Yesterday, on Sunday, 28th of December 2025, I beat niwa as my first extreme demon in only less than two days, with an attempt count of 2,4K. I've had fun while grinding and completing the level. This is mostly all because of the level's gameplay and difficulty.
Now, what do I mean in the title by "if played correctly" is not literally playing the game without dying, but playing the game with a level that's suitable for your skill and enjoyment. For me personally, I find niwa to be suitable for my skillset and enjoyment. The difficulty of the level for me is not too difficult that I froze, and not too easy that I get bored. The flowy click-synced gameplay combined with the fun song that's provided in niwa is enjoyable for me to play the game with enjoyment. Thus, making me want to play the level more.
Taking a break is crucial as it can avoid burnout, so whenever I feel like getting off niwa, I get off. And whenever I feel like getting on niwa, I get on.
I've been playing Geometry Dash since I was little. I don't even know when did I first played it. Maybe like, 2017? For that reason, beating my first extreme demon feels special to me as I long dream for completing hard levels.
My previous hardest was Windy Landscape, which was completed two days before I beat niwa. Next, I'm aiming for shukufuku as my next extreme demon and hardest. I have a decent progress on it, although I don't really think I can complete it this year.
